We are a church based in Bogotá, Colombia, where we believe in the Bible as the final authority.
God has given us a very clear vision: Colombia for Christ, a platform to the nations; and through biblical discipleship, He is raising up missionaries to different parts of Colombia as well as to nations around the world such as Venezuela, Peru, Spain, Kenya, and the United States.
Our desire as a church is to show you, through the Bible, how to have a personal relationship with God and grow in that relationship. We want you to live the life God has for you and be used as part of God's great plan.
Our Beginnings
The Bible Says... was founded in 1985 by Paul Clark, a missionary sent to Bogota from Tulsa Baptist Temple in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Paul grew up under the leadership of his father, Clifford Clark, our spiritual grandfather, a man greatly used by God to preach about missions in many parts of the world.
In 1996, Rudy Garrido was ordained as local pastor. Under his leadership, God has established biblical discipleship as the heart of the ministry, world missions as our reason for being, and evangelism as our way of life.
